Our Story
Founded in Brisbane by Mark Roche in 1992, City Property Services delivers the best of a highly skilled, large-scale operation with the benefits of a family owned business. Under Mark’s guidance, City Property Services has grown from a humble South East Queensland business to a quality assured, national operation with numerous offices across Queensland and New South Wales.
City Property Services owes much of its ongoing success to our long-serving staff who share Mark’s commitment to providing efficient, innovative and environmentally friendly commercial cleaning solutions. Consistently positive word-of-mouth referrals over the last 25 years, along with our custom first approach, have seen City Property Services maintain an impressive client retention rate rarely seen in the commercial cleaning industry.
Down The Family Line
In 2010, Emmett Roche took over the reigns from his father as Managing Director, and in partnership with Operations Manager Chirag Vyas, has continued to evolve and innovate City Property Services in line with Mark’s values. Today, City Property Services holds three best practice certifications including Quality Management System ISO 9001, Environmental Certification ISO 14001 and Occupational Health & Safety AS 4801, and employs hundreds of highly trained cleaning professionals.
With extensive experience in commercial cleaning, major events and disaster recovery City Property Services now has the capabilities to manage end-to-end commercial cleaning services across a wide range of public and private sectors throughout Australia.
