freshOps, a leading site management system has been integrated across the entire City Property Services business to delivery seamless customer service and workforce efficiency. This technology enables up-to-the-minute time and attendance tracking of our cleaning professionals, intuitive cleaning task management, reporting accuracy, KPI management and remote supervision.
One of the unique benefits of the freshOps platform is its ability to relay information from tags, which are laid on site in areas such as windowsills, washrooms, commercial kitchens etc. When scanned by handheld mobile devices, these tags reveal details of the job requirements including due dates, frequency schedule and additional cleaning instructions.
These innovative tags can also be scanned to verify tasks as they are completed and alert management of any issues that require resolving.
